Tenant Placement

  • We have the experience necessary to create a productive union between tenants and property owners.

Comprehensive Maintenance

  • Our in-house maintenance team is capable of handling all minor repairs, as well as general upkeep.
  • Based on our experience, outside contractors are hired on an as-needed basis.

Rent Collection

  • Rent can be paid via personal checks, cashier checks, money order, or electronically through our online portal.
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will always result in additional fees.

Account Management

  • Property owners accounts’ are managed in a very clear and transparent way.
  • Owners are given statements which detail all related activities to the account.
  • Statement details will include repairs, maintenance costs, and rent collection sums.

Eviction Coordination

  • After missing a payment, as well as the expiration of the 3-day notice, the eviction process is initiated.
  • APM Inc uses the legal services of a long-standing legal firm, specializing in evictions.
  • Tenants are offered the chance to coordinate with the legal firm to avoid the eviction. In this case, legal costs are paid by the tenant.
  • In the worst-case scenario, tenants are evicted in a timely manner.

Property Insurance and Tax Management

  • After years of experience, we use our preferred insurance vendors to maximize service, and minimize cost.
  • Property taxes are managed by APM Inc, and always paid on time.
  • Sales tax for commercial properties are paid on time, each month by APM Inc.
